Pen Show Appointments - Stationery Fest 2026

To ensure a fair experience for all attendees, please book only one appointment per person. Multiple bookings may be canceled to allow everyone an opportunity to participate.

Important: If you are booking a nib customization appointment, please make sure the appointment time falls within your scheduled event entrance time. You must be admitted to the event before you can attend your customization appointment.

Please review your selected times carefully before completing your booking. Booking fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend your appointment due to a scheduling error, including booking an appointment that does not match your event entry time.

Tuning/General Maintenance $40
Custom Grind/Nib Repair $100
Custom Grind with Pen Purchase $80

• Appointments typically allow for at least 2 pens during the 20 minute time frame.

• The time slot reserved is non refundable but will be credited toward the service fees.

• Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
