This is the factory sealant used to seal the nib unit to the section on Montblanc 146, 149 and other models from 1980 to 2014. Each 2 part set will seal approximately 10 to 15 pens.
Instructions will be included with purchase.
For soaking nibs with or without the pen attached. Heavier glass that can hold even a brass BFD fountain pen at 3.5 oz compared to the typical 0.8 oz pen. Can even soak up to the top of the section on nearly all models of pens (don’t do this to your hard rubber pens please) for easier section removals on restoration pens.
