Each Custom 845 is crafted using traditional Urushi lacquer techniques, with multiple layers of natural lacquer carefully applied, cured, and polished to achieve a deep, radiant shine. The new Prussian Blue — known in Japan as Kon-jo — is especially complex to produce, requiring precise pigment blending to create its rich, vibrant depth.

Finished with a two-toned 18k gold nib and elegant gold accents, the Custom 845 blends masterful artistry with exceptional performance — a writing instrument designed to be both a daily companion and a lasting heirloom.

The Sheaffer 100's new gunmetal finish strikes the perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern sophistication. Extending to the nib on the fountain pen version, this sleek design ensures it stands out, offering a bold yet refined writing experience.
