Equipped with a polished steel nib engraved with the TWSBI logo, the pen is available in a range of nib sizes, including fine, medium, broad, extra-fine, and stub 1.1mm. Its compact dimensions make it a perfect everyday carry:

  • Max barrel diameter: 12.4mm; grip section tapers to 9.8mm
  • Weight: 18g
For perspective, the pen is roughly the height of an iPhone when capped and about 1 inch shorter than the Diamond 580 when compared. The posted cap length ensures a balanced and comfortable writing experience.

It's the Diamond Mini White Rose Gold V2. This, like the 580, is the 2nd attempt/version, of rose gold pens. They have made a version similar to this before years ago, and now they have made improvements to the rose gold plating, added more rose gold to other parts of the pen, hence V2.

A quick no brainer guide in choosing nib sizes in an overly complicated fountain pen world:
If you write small, go with an EF
For the normal writer, F is the most popular
If you tend to lean on a bigger font, M will be perfect
B is for statements. Sign a check in B, write a header in B, do some coloring/shading in B
Stub nibs are italic in writing style (have a special card or invitation to write?)
