For years, it has become a global icon among collectors and writing instrument enthusiasts, produced exclusively in Italy. Designed in 2017 following the classic lines of 1930s fountain pens: three rings on the cap, a "ruzzolina" clip, and conical tips.

Momento Zero lava and ash, a pen that evokes the magical energy of the Gulf of Naples, its volcanic origins. Breathtaking landscapes between fire and earth with Vesuvius, the islands, the sea, rich history and legends, the contrast between ancient and modern. All in a pen with the color of lava, like  fiery sunsets and Pompeian painting, and the color of ash, dark like the the rich black or grey of  of the slopes of the active volcano.

The Momento Zero Alumina pairs Leonardo’s classic design and vintage soul with the raw elegance of aluminum. Inspired by the material’s journey from bauxite deep within the Earth’s crust, this limited edition celebrates aluminum’s unique balance of lightness, strength, and refined brilliance.

Machined from a solid bar of raw aluminum, the pen features a brushed finish enhanced by a clear, colorless Swiss-made surface treatment. This protective layer preserves the metal’s durability over time while giving the pen a subtle, pearlescent glow. Ductile yet resilient, lightweight yet substantial, the Momento Zero Alumina delivers an elegant and enduring writing experience shaped by its material essence.

Each pen is entirely produced in Italy in Leonardo’s workshop and released as a limited edition of just 525 fountain pens per trim, making it a distinctive addition to any collection.
