Ideal for those who love precision in their writing, the Pro-Use 171 offers an adjustable lead sleeve and an innovative spring mechanism to minimize lead breakage. The lead sleeve extends from 0 to 4.5 mm, allowing customization for different tasks—whether aligning with a ruler, adjusting writing comfort, or retracting fully for safe storage. A simple twist of the nose cone smoothly extends or conceals the sleeve without compromising stability.
Additionally, the built-in pressure-absorbing spring prevents lead from snapping by allowing slight retraction under excessive pressure. This feature can be toggled on or off by twisting the grip section, giving you control over sensitivity and feedback. Designed for comfort and precision, the Pro-Use 171 also includes a gently knurled grip for enhanced control and a lead grade indicator on the push button.
