The Shuttle Nib is engineered to enable users to express their thoughts and ideas with versatility and precision. To achieve optimal ink retention, the number and depth of the feed lines were carefully crafted. The nib's shape supports a wide range of strokes, from fine to broad. Additionally, the circular groove on the nib, reminiscent of a shuttle window enhances ink retention when writing at an angle.

The Large Aluminum Nib Holder offers a lightweight, well-balanced feel, combining an aluminum body with an internal brass insert to create a low center of gravity that reduces hand fatigue during extended use. Measuring 187mm, it provides a comfortable length similar to standard nib holders, making it especially suitable for larger hands or precision-focused work. A knurled grip section enhances comfort and control, preventing slipping for a secure writing experience.

Designed for flexibility, the Shuttle accommodates a wide range of nibs thanks to a three-slit insert that supports the Shuttle nib as well as many other nib styles. This versatility allows for dynamic line variation—from fine, controlled strokes to bold, expressive lines—simply by adjusting writing angle.

Note: Always remove the nib before unscrewing the nib holder for cleaning.
